Paula Richardson, FNP-BC, AGACNP-BC, is a highly experienced dual-certified nurse practitioner with over 23 years of nursing background. She initiated her registered nursing career in the medical ICU at Emory Healthcare after earning an Associate of Science in Nursing from Georgia Perimeter College in 2003. Paula furthered her education, obtaining a Master of Science in Nursing from Georgia State University in 2012, becoming a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Later, in 2017, she achieved certification as an Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner from the University of South Alabama.

Throughout her career, Paula has held various roles, including charge nurse, preceptor, and Lead Affiliate Provider in the 31 ICU at Emory Healthcare. Recognized for her excellence, she has received honors such as Nursing Student of the Year (Class of 2003) and membership in the Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society. Paula is now extending her expertise to the outpatient community through TN Health Solutions, where she introduced Rapid COVID-19 testing to the community, as featured in the AJC. With a holistic and multi-dimensional approach, she is expanding services to better address community needs.
