Exercise & Nutrition Challenges - by joining our Metabolic Reboot Group!  ​ -Includes initial labs to establish a baseline Additional Costs: Client is responsible for the monthly medical management fee of $59 and the cost of medication monthly which is $25-$35 per injection for the first 3 months.
